This beautiful English 'Sparkling Rose' is from the 2019 harvest in West Chiltington, The Orchid Site that was planted back in 2017. Bottle-fermented and blending 70% Pinot Meunier with 30% Chardonnay, Sparkling Rose is classed as a 'dry' sparkling wine and has tasting notes of rhubarb crumble and English raspberries with a light mousse and streaming fine bubbles. An all round perfect gift!
